About this Opportunity CropConex is opening this opportunity for a talented, meticulous and well organized candidate. As a member of our operations team, you will ensure a thorough follow up of transactions with appropriate documentation of payment slips, receipts, cheques and all types of invoices. You will closely work with our senior accounting, tax and audit personnel to assist reports related to payroll activities, quarterly audits, and compile reports for the overall transaction of the business. Responsibilities

• File all types of invoices/ receipts related to the company’s transaction, both in hard and soft copies 
• Prepare balance sheets 
• Use an accounting software to record all transactions
• Manage account payables 

Additional Information :This part-time accounting job is expected to take about five hours per week. The candidate will allocate around one hour everyday to execute the daily routine accounting activities.

Duration :The role will be a one year contract, starting from 01 March 2023, with a probation period of sixty working days. CropConex has the freedom to terminate the contract any time giving one month notice in writing. 

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have 

• At least a BA in accounting, finance or related field 
• A minimum of four years of experience in handling accounts payable, filing receipts, preparing balance sheets, keeping records in accounting software and compiling reports 
• Good exposure of managing payments through cheques and online banking
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
