v  Review and Design the company’s quality strategies and objectives, based on the overall business strategies;

v  Provides quality service and execution of the Company’s  short and long-term plan

v  Manages the compliance of products against specifications and standards in the process of quality standard development;

v  Ensures and conforms regulations, quality standards, analysis and reporting procedures;

v  Monitors and reviews reliability of analytical results and supports quality teams in the interpretation of unexpected results;

v  Provides direction on the overall quality management issues in-compliance with  Companies and government regulation

v  Evaluates the current quality control system and  recommends improved quality assurances practices;

v  Evaluates the effectiveness of quality strategy implementation and highlights areas of concern;

v  Leads the development of collaborative working relationships within the organization and  in pursuit of the Company’s overall business goals;

v  Oversees and provides guidance on strategy, quality, safety, health and environment endeavors;

v  Prepares the function’s work plan and budget  and monitors its execution;

v  Identifies human resources requirements of the department and develops plan for meeting the requirements;

v  Develops policies and procedures for the function and leads in their implementation and continuous review;

v  Supports the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue, and feedback;

v  Oversees the systematic identification of skill and competency requirements for the function;

v  Manages disciplinary concerns of the function decision-making

v  Represents the Company in external relationships as required ;

v  Takes part in the group decision-making process by forming part of different groups/committees;

v  Prepares and submits periodic reports to the SHEQ Director;

v  Performs other activities as assigned by the SHEQ Director

1.      Authority: “Quality Assurance Department manager” is authorized to

v  Manage, Supervise and Evaluate quality control staff under him/her

v  Propose trial and approval of any BOM change

v  Approved On-hold, Rework, Reprocess and Reject issues

v  Approve any quality reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly…)

v  Follow the compliance of products to legal and Company standards

v  Authorized to stop production indirectly or Order production teams to Stop immediately if the products fail to comply Legal and company standards

v  Approve leave, periderm and other departmental benefits to quality control staffs

v  Communication and Execution of Works in relation with Legal and Compulsory Third Party bodies (Like NMIE, ECAE, EFDA, Ministry of Trade and Industry, and etc)

v  Develop annual Plan, Annual budget and Approve departmental budget and purchase requests, store requisition.

v  Developing necessary programs, procedures, guidance’s and recommends measures contributing positively for the department’s work aspects

v  Arrange, prepare outstanding agenda and lead periodic meetings with subordinates

v  Communicate guidance, procedures, measures, etc to manufacturing units etc

v  Communicate human resources requirements of the department and enacting the fulfillment

v  To be part of and participate in decision- making processes of different groups/committees, Meetings
