  • Good computer application skills.
  • Fluency in writing, reading and speaking both English and Amharic language
  • Strong oral and written communication skill.
  • Attend and taking minutes at board meetings.
  • Timely delivery of the necessary documents for board meetings.
  • Excellent working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (Telephone, fax, e-mail and internet)
  • Excellent working knowledge and demonstrated ability of computer software (MS Office) and experience with document management
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • High level of service-orientation
  • Discretion, loyalty and integrity
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Facilitate office facilities (stationery and other supplies) of the office.
  • Organize/arrange executive or senior management meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Diploma/Degree in Sec. Science 


  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Organizational skills and detail oriented. ·
  • Ability to work under pressure
